El grupo de investigación Persona y Educación estudia la fundamentación antropológica del hecho pedagógico en autores pertenecientes a la corriente filosófica del personalismo, contemporáneos a la misma o de algún modo afines a esta escuela tales como Romano Guardini, Jacques Maritain, Giovanni Montini, María Zambrano, Pierre Faure, Luigi Stefanini, Ismael Quiles, Max Scheler, Martín Buber, Emmanuel Levinas, Jorge Bergolio, Karol Wojtyla etc.
